Skye takes your training very seriously and cares about you obtaining the results you want. Obviously, you have to put in the consistent effort, but Skye leads you in the right direction from the start and encourages throughout. I feel very comfortable with Skye too which is important, she has a very friendly caring nature. If you don’t feel comfortable with your PT you wouldn’t work to your full potential.
